TKO and the plaintiffs in one of the two UFC antitrust lawsuits have agreed to a new financial settlement, but does that mean a resolution has been reached?

The $375 million settlement was reached last week between the UFC and the plaintiffs in the Le vs. Zuffa case only, which was first filed over a decade ago. However, the settlement must be approved by Judge Richard Boulware of the U.S. District Court of Nevada, who previously rejected a combined $335 million settlement in the Le vs. Zuffa and Johnson vs. Zuffa cases.

On the latest episode of “Spinning Back Clique,” we welcomed veteran MMA journalist John Nash, who’s covered the UFC antitrust lawsuits extensively through the years, to get his thoughts on what this new agreement means for both cases and what could come next.
