Now that Rutgers football secured bowl eligibility with its win over Maryland on Saturday, the big question remains.
What are potential destinations for the Scarlet Knights?
At this point, there’s still plenty to be determined with two games remaining as teams jockey for position and better bowl destinations.
Rutgers would certainly bolster its chances of landing a spot in a more coveted bowl by beating Illinois Saturday – that, and a win over Michigan State on the road in the regular-season finale, would give the Scarlet Knights eight wins, helping their case even more.
Regardless, Rutgers is headed for the postseason.
