The Iowa State women’s basketball team signed two players to its 2025 recruiting class on Wednesday.
Guards Reese Beaty and Freya Jensen are officially Cyclones.
“We are excited to add Reese and Freya to the Cyclone women’s basketball family,” Iowa State coach Bill Fennelly said in a statement announcing the news. “They provide more skill and versatility to add to our roster for next season.
Beaty, a 5-foot-8 native of Jamestown, Tenn., averaged 17.4 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game as a junior. She’s a multi-sport star athlete at York Institute, winning state titles in the shot put and discus.
