Francisco Lindor continues to be recognized after his monstrous 2024 season and was honored by being named to the All-MLB second team on Thursday night.
The Mets shortstop had his best season in Queens, slashing .273/.344/.500 with 33 home runs and 91 RBI all while playing incredible defense. He was bested by Kansas City Royals shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. who was named to the All-MLB first team for that position.
Witt slashed .332/.389/.588 with 32 home runs and 109 RBI in 2024.
Lindor has already won a Silver Slugger award for National League shortstops this offseason and is a finalist for the NL MVP award.
