Week 8 of the 2024 college football season has concluded for Southeastern Conference teams.

Tennessee (6-1, 3-1 SEC) defeated Alabama (5-2, 2-2 SEC), 24-17, in Week 8. The Vols will next host Kentucky (3-4, 1-4 SEC) in Week 9 at Neyland Stadium.
